Hi Dear Readers,

I would like to comment on a series of unfortunate events,

1st my no was posted on tagged.com saying I provided sex services and flooded my phone with sex msges, people who wanted to meet me etc etc..

2nd my photos were used on many profile. Of course I dont even know them.

3rd my email was hacked and my password changed.

4th my facebook was constantly locked out because someone attempted to create a new password.

5th I have series of tag on my tag board on the right.. saying i am fat and ugly and have aids/hiv.. i personally find this VERY entertaining.. so nothing to comment about..

After the disappearance...

i learnt a few things, strongly on this one:

"In life there are many things, events, actions that you questioned.. But more than often you don't get any answers at all.. " -

So what do you get? Nothing, silence treatment, all of a sudden things just screwed up and you get blame.. Excuses.. Everything but WHY!? or HOW did it happen??11

if you are lucky enough you may just be able to know who and when..

A guy added me on fb, we chatted, we became friends, he came down when i was upset.

he send me to places i wanted to go.

But beyond that he was humorous and beyond what most guys can be, he actually had a personality and i really enjoyed hanging out..

while i drown in sorrows he did try to pull me up with his funny jokes..

I'm appreciative though it was mere 2 weeks before he disappeared into the thin air and decided never to answer my msges anymore..

well when i was with J.T he complain say i got no friends so he feel breatheless every weekend find him, so I learnt to make new friends.. What he did not know was I always believe you need ONE good friend, in primary there was B in sec there was XY n S however, B practically called only when she needed help, P6 i was there at results day and though sec 4 results we were in same class, she had a bunch of frns there for her alr.. and only when she got conned of money, i went to help her ask back.. Just felt used.. I dont believe ppl dont see the good in me, they just choose the better I guess..

XY we hang ard alot until found out somethings.. but well i'm cool with ot.. now.. 11 years of frenship broke by misused of trust n lies.

S i dont even know what went wrong, i told her everything but she felt i always went to JT.. din wan to stay in touch.. I tried she pretended not to know me.. almost 10 years of frenship..

I used to try hard to stay in contact but always fail, cause when i know a guy i really like, kinda give up the whole world for him..

Then I realised something now.. I can just make more friends right?

after the movie, went down, wanted to tell him how i felt, walk at a more quiet pavement to MCD, but was on the phone, so at MCD, i told him i was NOT COMFORTABLE in the cinema and least appreciated it, left for the MRT station and went home, thereafter msg him to make myself clear that i do not wish to be contacted..

I don't know how i appear to be to them..and hey I went dutch on that date ok!

Over a few days i realised i can don eat but stay alive! =]

anyway unexpected one is that i found so much old friends, that lost touch after buggers stole my phone previously..

DURIAN Myth and Legend

DURIAN SEASON IS NEAR

My mom always tell me that we should never mix durian with alcohol or Coke.

A study by John Maninang and Hiroshi Gemma from the University of Tsukuba, Japan proved that this Asian folklore could be true.

The durian's high sulphur content actually impairs alcohol breakdown because it turned off the activity of aldehyde dehydrogenase (an enzyme that clears toxic breakdown products) by up to 70%.

While it doesn't say much here, I think it probably meant that it prevents the proper digestion of alcohol?

Even in Wikipedia, it was stated that some said you can't even consume durian with coffee.

Probably this is related to Coke because both contains caffeine.

I was able to find that mixing caffeine and alcohol is deadly but nothing about mixing with durian. Haha.

its not the feeling of too long nv work then don feel like going to work, its worse... It's knowing you may die tomorrow with nothing accomplished..

If THEY PAID LADY GAGA and use with licensing they must have made with a hefty figure.. if they didn't then Lady Gaga can sue us and we will also have to pay a hefty figure..

So in a way tax payer money will be involved, and if u and I paid, you ask for a Fun pack song, you get this kinda lyrics you will be happy meh?

BATAM - 08 MAY to 09 MAY 11

So we decided to join the Batam tour after buying from BIGDEAL.sg

Here are just some photo to share.

It was a one day tour so after meeting at the ferry terminal with our guide Okta, we went to the go kart which no one took cause it was so hot and then go to the tua pek kong temple, the miniature house, then the LUNCH at 933 and bought a lot of the tidbits which filled the whole luggage. then to the cultural dance, there were people who practice animism and they would eat coals on fire and glass. they performed some famous dances to the Gamelan music, name kuda kepang. After that was another dry local product stall and then we head to massage, factory outlet then to shopping at city square, most like bugis only more and scheming chinese trying to rip you off, especially at bags and watch shops. Clothes cost about average SG$15-30 when it is Bugis typical $10. Typically bags there are imitations and selling at 1/3 the original price. Food was good, I love the deep fried mushroom-Champanois! Cute name!

The trip was not really a clothes frenzy but definitely food frenzy for me!

i have been trying to lose weight but unfortunately they keep coming to find me!!!!
ah... i'm so annoyed...

The amount of weight gain is so much excessive i don't know what to do with them...

Callcenter jobs kills all ur time to go for a good work out since the excess time is spent on sleeping if u have and rushing all the chores..

I'm overweight.. I need help, and reduze is a wastage of money!!! it doesn't work and stinks a hell lot!

10 reasons why it should end:

1. Last time you had little time for me and had strong commitment with national duties. Now you have so much time cause you are off these duties but feels like you have no sense of responsibilities.

2. Last time army boy i know earn not much, so pay, i'm ok. Now you have so much time but still no money and smoke smoke smoke then tell me you only left like that much, not enough to go out. Makes me super disappointed though.

3. I always thought you were responsible and trust worthy. But now I think otherwise. After being dragged so many times I am losing faith.

4. You didn't keep to your promises.. I know i don't too, so i can't blame anyone.

5. I hate it when i trying to spice up life you put things off... or pour cold blanket..

6. I hate it then you wake up mid day and ends it less than 12 hours later. FYI i work 10 hours shift. Between that you are only spending 2 hours more than my work time. =[

7. I hate it that having so much time you can still put things off to later and later time.

8. I hate it at how you throw things for me to do and yet don't care about it and expect miracles to happen. And when I throw to you they are usually not half done..

9. I hate it that I am trying to hold the relationship together and you keep asking what if we break up?

abt an hour and half later i had to go to the toilet for ahem... poo poo... then abt 4 hours later, dinner time..

for dinner i finished the other half of subway, and before that i had 1 pill of reduze and pop down with water, taste like chocomint again.. emm... had subway + 2 curry potato bread..

emm.. mean while for the day i had abt 600ml of water, i know i am under drinking.. but i was too engross on chic mag and reader digest.. it is now 6 hours frm dinner and i am going to sleep, waking up in 7 hrs time!

DAY ONE - NOT MUCH EFFECT; Just like normal day..

（首播）第一集 2010.11.08 （星期一）

有著變形蟲一般生命力的太陽的女子，魏瑪麗（文瑾瑩）即使在家具都被拍賣的狀況下
依然毫不氣餒。如果只是經歷過一兩次的事情，那還算得上是打擊。現在她已經對此
習以為常，早就把重要的東西收藏好了。看著喜愛的電視劇又度過了一天的堅強女子，
魏瑪麗。

在複雜混亂的弘益大學為奢侈的朋友代駕作為兼職，卻不小心撞到了一個人。
因為公演時間將晚，武訣說了聲沒關系就走掉，瑪麗為了拿到他真的沒事的確認書
而追了上去，偶然看到了武訣的樂隊公演的場面。

圍繞確認書展開爭論的瑪麗和武訣最後醉酒，犯下了無法挽回的錯誤。

另外，日本韓裔資產家的兒子鄭仁因為要在韓國制作電視劇忙得不可開交。
可是爸爸鄭碩的全部注意力卻都在兒子的婚事上，鄭仁接受了爸爸以結婚為前提
才為他提供投資資金的條件。

來到韓國的鄭仁在電視劇演員的文件裡發現了女演員徐俊（金孝真）。

鄭碩在瑪麗母親的忌日來到寄靈位處，正巧碰上被高利貸追債人追趕的魏大韓（朴相勉）
。知道了長得與母親極像的瑪麗的存在，提出了他們之間曾經的約定，那就是讓瑪麗

高興而歸的魏大韓回到家中，看到自己像金枝玉葉般養大的女兒和一個身份不明的男子

第二集 2010.11.09 （星期二）

誤以為瑪莉(文瑾瑩飾演)和無缺(張根碩飾演)是男女朋友的大韓(朴相勉飾演)，到旅館找鄭錫(朴俊奎飾演)，要求趕快進行瑪莉和鄭寅(金材昱飾演)的婚事，於是在兩位當事人不知情的情況下，兩個爸爸甚至連見面禮都準備好了...。

一方面，鄭寅(金材昱飾演)終於正式開始營運戲劇製作公司JI Entertainment，並且也開始尋找第一部作品的女主角，他鎖定的是據說只肯演電影的女演員徐雋(金孝真飾演)，跟著徐雋來到健身房的鄭寅，卻只得到他不曾想過的冷落。

瑪莉聽說爸爸被地下錢莊追債，只好偷偷到旅館來跟爸爸見面，沒想到其實這是兩個爸爸準備的相親場合，在大廳等待的瑪莉，卻偶然的遇到韓流明星李安(李善浩飾演)和方室長(沈兒英飾演)，她想說要跟朋友們炫耀炫耀，於是想跟李安要個簽名，卻被經紀人追打，在這一觸即發的狀況下! 出現的瑪莉的白馬王子是...。

原本固定演出的俱樂部關門的關係，必須要重新找新工作而到處參加試演會的完美無缺樂團，不過老闆們都只想和無缺(張根碩飾演)簽約，身為有義氣的男子漢的無缺，為了和其他樂團成員之間的友情，拒絕了老闆們的提案。一個人苦悶的喝著酒的無缺，卻接到了瑪莉打來的急迫的電話...。

為什麼瑪莉會在自己也不知道的情況下成為有夫之婦呢??為了要逃避爸爸們強加在自己身上的政策聯姻，瑪莉和無缺達成的秘密的約定是?!!!

第三集 2010.11.15 （星期一）

就像是為了讓父親睜眼，賣了三百石的供米的沈清一樣，瑪莉為了替爸爸還債的鄭石和鄭寅父子也進到了JI Entertainment! 不過對父親非常恭敬的鄭寅也不讓瑪莉做事，讓她突然變得像是別堂少奶奶，公司的職員們對於這個空降部隊則是在背地裡討論著。

一方面，大韓始終對瑪莉和無缺之間的關係感到懷疑，瑪莉雖然用了荒唐的理由想要搪塞過去，不過大韓也不是這麼容易受騙的。在無計可施的情況下，瑪莉只好在無缺家和鄭寅家，過著二重生活。

搬家到別人的車庫的無缺正在整理自己的新居，不過他正處於因為和議金而連保證金都付不出來的窘境。瑪莉想要拿鄭寅給她的治療費幫助無缺，不過無缺卻因為自尊心的關係不願意接受。在弘大周邊撿拾著廢棄家電和家具，想要藉此幫忙無缺的瑪莉! 兩人之間不知何時起也漸漸滋長了友情...。

在徐雋的新連續劇的拍攝現場開始了工作的瑪莉。方室長因為以為瑪莉是李安的狂熱粉絲而將她視為眼中釘，甚至向徐雋誹謗瑪莉! 這時候，在拍攝現場發生了誤會，徐雋卻指名瑪莉就是犯人。

彼此不知道對方是瑪莉的丈夫而終於見面的無缺和鄭寅! 熬夜工作結束來到鄭寅的家的瑪莉，卻聽到了無缺和鄭寅的對話!!!

這期間，在弘大的武玦看到瑪麗留下的毛線手套陷入沉思，自己好像開始享受和

瑪麗和鄭仁在別墅裏一起回憶小時候，度過了一天。鄭仁決心以後要盡最大努力得到瑪麗
的心，瑪麗對鄭仁也第一次感到了溫暖和心動。這天夜裏鄭仁在噩夢裏又夢到了對於爸爸
鄭碩的可怕而痛苦的往事。

武玦發現總是像貓咪一樣跟在自己身邊的瑪麗不見時，才感到了瑪麗空缺帶來的空虛感。

結束了兩人獨有的2天1夜的行程，瑪麗和鄭仁拿著從返回首爾的路上撿到的電視機來找武
玦。這時瑪麗發現了從武玦家裏出來的徐雋，鄭仁則對武玦說他要發展和瑪麗的關係，讓
他緊張起來，給武玦了一定的刺激。

大韓總覺得武玦的存在讓人不放心，給了他支票和機票讓他離開瑪麗。在酒館對坐的兩人
，大韓想方設法讓武玦離開瑪麗卻總是無果。同一時間，瑪麗從鄭碩那裏聽到了關於媽媽
劉艾麗的故事，鄭碩說艾麗曾是一個像陽光一樣的女子

像風一樣再次出現的甘素英，依然是那個闖了禍以後來求兒子解決的媽媽，武玦雖然心中
厭惡，可是想起來鄭仁的建議，他還是去找鄭仁了。

只有定下契約才能解決現存的所有問題，可是因為和鄭仁關於樂隊定位的意見衝突，契約
最終宣告無效，鄭仁想讓武玦來當音樂導演，所以再次拜託瑪麗去說服武玦。

因為鄭仁懷疑兩人的關係，所以瑪麗害怕兩人假結婚被發現很是不安，催他想想辦法，武
玦在鄭仁的注視下，吻向瑪麗.....

因為武玦的意外之吻，瑪麗完全僵掉。
和武玦的初吻之後，瑪麗一想到武玦，心就砰砰得跳。
瑪麗知道了武玦和方室長之間的奴隸合約後，找政仁幫忙。
政仁和方室長交易，讓她放了武玦。
武玦知道了瑪麗去擺脫政仁之後，無故發火。
馬上找政仁跟他說這事與他無關。正發火時，
政仁彈起了吉他，武玦聽出了政仁對音樂的熱情和誠心，
第二天武玦就和JI簽約了。
經過百轉千折，兩人終於達成了協議。
於是成為夥伴的兩個人，又再一次意識到瑪麗夾在他們中間，喚醒了各自的覺悟。
政石又再次刺激政仁，要是瑪麗不接他，就會收回投資。
JI製作開幕那天，政仁要求完美無缺樂隊在party上表演。
武玦雖然不樂意但還是上去了。
在party上武玦看著政仁和瑪麗兩人親密的樣子，產生了嫉妒，
怕和瑪麗的事情被發現，武玦正式對政仁表示，自己和瑪麗結婚是事實。

武玦宣布兩人已經結婚後,大家都很驚訝,尤其是武玦都在困惑自己對瑪麗是怎麼樣的情感。

鄭錫知道OPEN PARTY上發生的事情後,更加逼迫著鄭仁,鄭錫表示鄭仁要是婚姻跟事業雙方
都失利的話,到時連住的地方都沒有。

為了不成為鄭仁和武玦的負擔,瑪麗辭職離開JI公司,並在鄭仁的幫助下開始著手輔助作家
的工作。

受甘素英之託而在武玦家裡醃泡菜的瑪麗被魏大韓遇上,魏大韓覺得瑪麗在武玦家裡被當成
佣人使喚,為此而跟甘素英以及武玦發生爭執。

雖然說要跟武玦做朋友而一直期待能夠復合的徐雋聽到他跟瑪麗結婚的事情而大受打擊。

另外,鄭仁跟瑪麗一起逛街約會,聽到鄭仁驚人的童年故事後,瑪麗被鄭仁的感性而打動。
在送瑪麗回武玦家裡的途中,鄭仁在不自覺的情況下親了瑪麗,看到這個畫面的武玦二話不
說就朝向鄭仁揮了拳頭……。

從他們公佈假結婚的消息後，鄭仁爸和瑪麗爸就催著他倆結婚。

這段時間一直騙著鄭仁的瑪麗逼自己敞開心扉接受鄭仁。

聽過鄭仁小時候的受傷的事情後，瑪麗邊告訴鄭仁不要痛苦，邊安撫鄭仁。

瑪麗生日那天，就是她和鄭仁訂婚的日子。
收到武玦的祝賀短信後，瑪麗出去見了武玦。

在見面的地方遇到了武玦的其他樂隊成員，

他們把武玦和瑪麗拷了起來，跑了...

想把結婚的事情告訴媽媽的瑪麗，

無奈只好和被拷在一起的武玦一起去了媽媽的墓前。
這個時候徐要找罷演的徐，兩個人一起訴苦一起互舔傷口。

武玦對瑪麗不愛證人卻要和他結婚的這件事很生氣，

Six years ago, Alf said he was going to Germany to work...

We were 3 months into relationship, he went off to work, stayed in contact for almost another 2 months, he sent back present - a shoe.. and not long after news frm david, he shot-gunned and is staying in germany for good, had abigail got married.. and wahlah.. not coming back!

Last year Ming said he wanted to go brisbane to study...

and before that things were already rocky, but somehow i wanted to wait but before he left... i thought otherwise and told him, let's not waste time, cause there was nv trust in the relationship and things turns for the worse like a few weeks in brisbane due the jaz episode... i bought him a webcam, but we no longer web cam now, but am sure he webcams with some others now.. and now he is with libby chong... and i'm with Joseph.. And now he doesn't feel like coming back..

Then this year Joseph said he MAY go to New Zealand to study...

and hence he asked me how, firmly told him break lor... long distance just don work on me, i don hv that trust, i knw, if we are fated then 3 years in NZ if when u return we are still single, then we might just work out, if not even when u are in NZ, i will suspect something wrong, and how u know u will return or stay there for good right?

Two major events have taken television programming priority in Korea, resulting in the pre-emption of a number of regularly scheduled shows this week. Included in the bunch is Mary Stayed Out All Night — so, no recap today.

First off, the recent North Korean bombardment on a South Korean island has sparked international outrage and concern, and has been the subject of special news reports on all three broadcasters. On top of that, there’s also the 2010 Asia Games in Guangzhou, China, which will continue through the end of this week, closing on Saturday, November 27.

Thus we’ll have to wait another week for Episode 6 of Mary Stayed Out All Night, originally scheduled to air today, November 23. SBS pre-empted variety show Strong Heart, although it did air a new episode of Giant (which was on at a later hour), while MBC pre-empted episodes of daily sitcom All My Love and daily drama Stormy Lovers.

As for the attack: On the 23rd, North Korea fired onto Yeonpyeong Island, located just south of the maritime border with a civilian population of about 1,600 and a military presence of 1,000. Two South Korean marines were killed, while 16 soldiers and 3 civilians were injured. This act of aggression comes eight months after the sinking of the South Korean Cheonan ship that killed 46 sailors. Amazingly we survived the 7th month! The trip after we left singapore was not as bad as the experience in singapore..

We met at the harbor and collected our tickets and moved off..

Was schedule to depart on 7th NOV - 09 Nov then my bf tell me the parents don't allow cause Mt merapi erupt and tsunami plus earthquake, my concerned mother also...

I was putting so much hopes, i called the hotels i book and arrange cancel.
harris done left mercure which can only refund 15% of the money.

Then all Jit have to do is to cnxl the ski, which dragged forever till i called the Long.

Long was fucking rude and refuse to let us cancel, and due my parents are worried sick and one other guy is confirm canceling, left 3 person. and cnxl is SGD40/person we inform 2 weeks before they claim they are fully book and purchase bulk tickets. so If 4 of us cancel he will earn SGD160 frm us. I'm a TA u think i don't know what you thinking? for Batam ticket they book one way if u talk to supplier confirm can do postphone but they denied and mention that anything happen to batam will happen to us..

i manage to push mercure a day earlier thinking i can always get to batam and after wakeboard to go hotel rest then comeback..

A total of 50,000 hakdobyeong participated in the Korean War. 7,000 soldiers aged fifteen to eighteen died in battle, and there are only about 2,000 hakdobyeong surviving today. Of the 71 student soldiers, or hakdobyeong, who fought against the North Koreans advancing into Pohang, 48 died in battle.

And the war cease without a treaty of peace.. the unrest in the borders of 38th parallel may still continue.. the thoughts that they may unify the country of extreme communism and anti-communism can be quite daunting for many..

71 into the fire is awesome, TOP portrayed very very well. A decent man who put down pens and turn to gun for hopes of protecting their countries. with the major division retreating to guard the Nakdong river, there was 71 to guard the strategic point.. 71soldiers with basic gun shooting training only. Aside, there was some laughing points when the gun who kept talking on the receiver and eventually died under the tank. Or say the guy who blew up the food storage room because he did not know how grenade works! It may be bloody but trust me they are not very gruesome, emphasis is on the bond and patriotism and mainly TOP's role as Oh Jung Bum of this young man trying to survive so that he can go home.. Casted as a leader, not knowing what to do, but just for his country defending their lands.. Even given the North Korea Commander Park Mu-Rang gave them a chance that no blood shed is needed if they surrendered and underestimated them.. Given all 5 stars for the show and no need for pop corn, jaws dropping.. Tears jerking.. Waiting for DVD to buy and keep! Must watch in cinema for the graphic, not a budgeted film!

It was sucky at the beginning, like last minute, and we actually did not change currency till the day itself and rates were bad... =[ but things were turning for better when u learn to let go and enjoy yourself.. it was a rollercoaster ride... the MASSAGE, KFC, A&W, OLD SCHOOL ARCADE (*psst I got to trash joseph in some of the game) and HYPERMARTS PRICE WAS FANTASTIC! while the rides were serene, the breeze and view, at night the light sparkled like stars in the skies.. cant take the night shots as the capture time was too slow.. CAB, ROADS was freaky.. yeah... I kinda love n hate this trip..

06.00am - rise and shine
Got up and got baby up and went to bathe and dress up, baby msg to tell me he is wearing jeans... i'm like =.- JEANS??! no no no! but he went ahead nonetheless..

I read that indonesia toilet is worse than Malaysia? but it is not true.. they are much cleaner i feel... IN THE MALLS OK! and so I cabbed down with only this items.. .

Met baby and went for breakfast then we changed the currency, the rates were so low I din want to change, the other day we asked the Money changer and he said 6700 rupiah/sgd while tt day was 6400idr/sgd.. it was sooo turn off.. 300*100=30, 000idr diff.. that's 5 dollars diff..
We went to take the ferry.. i was a lil upset then.. cause MONEY affects me quite a bit..

we took the ride was overall enjoyable... and by 10am indo time we reached .. we went to change more money.. the Xch was IDR 6530, it's ok cause at least the gap is closer.. got out of the hall wanting to go to the hyper mall, only to find not open... we were too early... and so we walked out and get a cab... which was quite frustrating, cause we din know where to go.. I started throwing tantrum cause I cant believe Baby actually threw everything to me to plan... =[ HE SAID HE CAME BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was Mad... it was like the last prawning trip and malaysia trip it was so freakish in another countries faced with uncertainties.. in the end we still went nagoya hill mall where i got my shake head stitch... and hell lot of maggie mee.. we had kfc for lunch n a&W for dessert.. our common part wasx grocery shopping, we spent more time in the mart then mall...

by 3pm we were in the massage parlor.. had this great massage... and then we went to 933 to eat...and we went back to batam center prolly 1900hrs and played old school arcade, won a lot for amber.. we cheated.... haha... trash some streetfighter alike thing called tekken.. with the p1 spoiled.. I WAS TRASHING the bots till i got trashed...

Anyway a series of unfortunate event happened..
Baby asked me to hagger the price the price from nagoya to 933... frm 70,000IDR to 55,000IDR.. we were told abt 50,000IDR actually...but still went along, what happened earlier was we were quoted 40,000IDR from batam center to Nagoya hill but when baby approach the stand was 45,000IDR that's 5,000 abt 80cents but that was beside the point i was unhappy cause he didnt ask and we just headed on, imagine they quote us 120,000IDR are we still gonna pay?! he is usually careful but he was a mess tt day...he is careful for the small things and losing the big picture, like he looks at the cigarette while we cross the road while after massage i was scrambling across the road at cars gushing at us with slippery flipflop i was slipping out.. that was scary.. then when at 933 he paid the bill without checking through.. we didnt hv rice and the price of beer was different, which I asked why so and got money back, so is the escalator at nagoya where we couldn't go down, he insisted we find a chinese to ask when I just asked the escalator maintance guy one word "down" and he pointed where the escalator was..

Ok maybe it was more freakish for him cause he barely understands melayu, BUT he is in army, i thought they are taught abit? With my pathetic melayu i pieced a few words altogether to understand like the taxi uncle ask if frm 933 we needed to go anywhere, and what time... I was a translator, but i din wan to ans caused if i did baby will be thinking wad the hell i talked to him abt and keeps bugging me abt it when i don wan to tell him... yanno??! Overall the trip was a bang THE ARCADE which we spent almost 100k in.. if i don take the small things into consideration.. it will still be a bang..

CANDY IS A VERY VERY BRAVE AND IMPULSIVE GIRL! JOSEPH IS A VERY CAREFUL BOY! I say just do it.... He says.. let's check our things carefully...

and found my sgd50.00 when i thought I lost it all.. it was cab money...

something happened shall not mention what but it made me realised that i need to plan...

If I want something in my life. It is inevitable to live in debt but what is it I have control over. Starting AUg is a whole new month. And I need planning. see...

If i wan a house by 30years, i have 10 years and fortunately 3 more months to break even..
If a 4 room flat cost $401,000 including appreciation and etc then for 10 years I must make a saving of $40,100 which means each month it is abt 4K and that means.. it is near 2X my pay... as such i can only take credit...

and to take credit means i have to have a one year job and hv min income of

S$48,000 and above per annum

meaning every month I need $4k as well... and to achieve that I need a degree.. but for that I need another study loan, okay unless my sis or my spouse earns that much or 2/3 that amount for that amt of credit, plus govt subsidy, it is barely viable.. it's like you will be in debt for the rest of my life.. or at least 20 years to come..
